About Us

Meet Our Team

SwimStrong is comprised of physical therapists who double as swim coaches. Our mission is to help injured swimmers on their recovery journey and get them back in the game.

Growing as a Business

And over the years, we've found that some of our athletes just don't want to leave (great problem to have)! So we worked to support ongoing training for athletes who wanted a change of pace from contact sports and extended our clinic to healthy athletes looking to learn a new sport.

Our swim clinic has been a hit with athletes looking to stay injury free and active post recovery. And their parents will also get the piece of mind that their child will not sustain any serious injuries with this change in sport.

Recovery Through Technique

Overall health is our number one priority and mission. We put this to use by teaching swimming techniques and drills used by professional competitive swimmers.

We do this for two reasons:

  1. reduce injury and enhance active recovery time
  2. make you a stronger, healthier swimmer and athlete (hence the name - get it?)

We're not the best, the fastest, or even related to Michael Phelps. But, we're all working to get better and improve everyday! Happy recovering!

Training with the SwimStrong team has made me a better athlete and person. I tore my rotator cuff last year and it's been an injury that never seems to really go away. For me, learning about isolation drills that help me cope with my injury has been a game changer, and it's allowed me to stay in shape without causing more damage.
