So, you may have done old fashioned physical therapy (PT) where some sweaty guy had to move your limbs against your will hurting (read:”helping”) you on your way to recovery.
This probably turned you off completely from the mere thought of re-entering another PT routine, and made you terrified of getting injured ever again.
